Van der Valk Hotel Volendam
Hotel Volendam is to undergo a complete renovation. Everything will be tackled and 70+ new rooms will be added. During the renovation, only our pop-up restaurant will be open. Work will take place Monday - Saturday between 07:00 - 18:00. Naturally, we will do our utmost to minimise the inconvenience. Read more about what to expect here.

The pop-up restaurant stands for atmosphere, North Holland hospitality and good food. With great care and passion, our chef has created a delicious and extensive menu for you. Whether you go for a changing seasonal dish, a fixed dish on the menu, fish, meat or vegetarian, there is something for everyone.

Out with the old, in with the new
The complete renovation and expansion of Van der Valk Hotel Volendam began in June 2023! The original 1973 main building will be completely demolished and transformed into a modern, expanded accommodation. The new building will accommodate an à-la-carte restaurant, a live-cooking buffet, a terrace, a hotel bar with terrace, and a store. In addition, there will be ten multifunctional rooms, suitable for meetings and events from 4 to 300 people.

Expansion
During the renovation of the main building, Van der Valk Hotel Volendam is expanding further. The hotel is not only becoming more luxurious, but also larger, with the addition of more than 70 new rooms.
