Norwegian long sliced salmon: smoked salmon with mixed salad, pine nuts and a mustard-dill sauce.
Prosciutto di Parma: thinly sliced Parma ham on a salad of Galia Melon.
Beef Carpaccio Harry’s: thinly sliced sirloin enriched with coarsely grated Grana Padano cheese, arugula and the original Harry's Bar dressing.
Volendam eel: smoked eel on a colorful salad with onions and capers.
Smoked trout: smoke trout with mustard mayonnaise.

Hot dishes

Stir-fried prawns .
Sliced chicken ?llet with peanut sauce, bean sprouts and beans, sprinkled with seroendeng nuts.
Warm ham with mustard sauce.
Fried salmon with seasonal vegetables and hollandaise sauce.
Crispy fried cod parings with fresh ravigotte sauce.
