Check-in

We kindly request you and/or your guest(s) to present a valid identification document upon check-in. All hotel guests must be 18 years or older at check-in. Children under 18 years old must stay under parental supervision.

Warranty

We will hold the reservation guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival. If you arrive later than 18:00, please contact the hotel reception.

Food & Drink

In Pop-up Restaurant Valk Nextdoor you can enjoy a daily extensive breakfast buffet, lunch, dinner, or a drink. The restaurant is open daily from 06:30 to 22:00.

In our bar & lounge you can enjoy delicious wines, cocktails, snacks, or a coffee. More information about the opening hours, menus, and making a reservation can be found here.

Parking

As a hotel guest, you can park for free at the hotel. Charging stations are available. There is a bicycle storage for bicycles.
